Here are our 2012 rates: Updated January 1st 2012
Stall board - Consists of stall, feeding 2 to 3x per day, daily turnout, fans, laundry usage, basic blanketing & adding of owner's supplements..
$475.00 per month Stall board with private paddock turnout (horses or ponies) $525.00 Field board - Consists of 2x daily checks, blanketing in winter & feeding grain 2x per day year round. Hay offered year round. $360.00 limited openings for geldings only FULL
Broodmare stall board long term includes everything in full care board, but with the addition of vitamins. $550.00, 600.00 with foal at side - $350 foaling fee Broodmare field board long term- $400.00 open, barren or early/mid pregnancy only. We do not field board mares with foals at side or mares during the last two months of pregnancy. Temporary broodmare board for breeding to our stallions. Field $15 a day, stall $20 a day open, stall $22 a day with foal. Stallion board includes everything in full care board, but with the addition of vitamins and private daily turnout. Non breeding season $750/mo. ,Breeding season $1000/mo. Lay-ups - includes unlimited hay, hand walking as needed, light turnout as needed, bandaging as needed (supplies not included), holding for vet & farrier $750/mo. Breaking $900/mo. Show training $1000/mo. plus showing expenses/shipping Consignment Board (show prospects only) $800/mo. + 10% sales commission - includes stall board, riding & basic advertising. Min. of 6 month contract required. Lessons - Boarders - $45 private or semi private Non boarders - $55 private or semi private Students who wish to have extra time in the saddle can come out and flat or trail ride for $20 on non lesson days

26 stalls Improvements always happening. Feeds & supplements offered: Southern States & Legends sweet feeds & pellets. Soaked beet pulp is available for hard keepers. If you have a special feed you want fed to your horse, just ask and we may be able to get it. Ground flax meal included for all boarders
We encourage boarders to order Smartpaks for multiple supplements
Hay is a straight timothy or a timothy/alfalfa mix shipped in from PA. Our stalls are bedded in either sawdust or shavings and straw for foaling mares.
Orchard grass or timothy round bales are fed during winter only or during a drought in summer & fall. There will be a late charge if your board is not paid on time - $50 3 to 10 days late, an additional $50 after 10 days and up to 15 days late, $5 a day additional over 15 days late. Our Farrier Charles Wyant would appreciate to be paid at time of service. A sign up board for the farrier is hung in the breezeway to sign your horse up and leave a check. | |
